    Creating Conditional Text in a Word Document

    How to use conditional text in a Word Document.
    INSTRUCTIONS
    Insert an IF field in the Word document:
    1. In Microsoft Word, navigate to Insert > Quick Parts > Field.
    2. In the "Field names" list, select If.
    3. Enter in a formula in "Field codes" and click OK.
    The syntax used in the "Field codes" formula is dependent on the content being evaluated. For more information, see Conditional text in Nintex Help.
