When trying to send out a DocuSign delivery, an error prompt occurs to create a DocuSign account.
DocuSign must have correct communication within Drawloop. Check the following:
- Navigate to the Drawloop Admin > Configuration > Third Party integration and add service if it is not listed.
- Make sure the DocuSign account configuration tab is set up correctly.
- Contact Drawloop Support/Account manager to make sure DocuSign account number for the Org license matches the DocuSign account number.
