The following error occurs in Salesforce: The UserID did not identify a User in the system.
- Navigate to Setup > User.
- Select the affected user account.
- Edit Page Layout and drag the "DSProSFUsername" field onto the layout.
- Navigate to the DocuSign Admin Tab > Console (or DocuSign).
- Click on photo icon in top-right corner.
- Navigate to Preferences > Users.
- Find the affected user account and click Open.
- In Permissions, select Copy API Username.
- Navigate back to the affected user profile in Salesforce and paste the ID in the "DSProSFUsername" field.
