A usage lens collects relevant data about Nintex assets across one or more data sources. With this lens, you can determine how many workflows are running in their environments, how the workflows are divided by tenancies, and forecast expected usage metrics.
To define a usage lens
Select Lenses on the navigation bar.
On the Lenses page, click Create lens, and then Usage.
At the top of the Usage lens page, click Edit details. Enter a title and description for this lens.
In the Nintex data sources section, do the following:
View your currently connected data sources. Click to expand or collapse this section as needed.
Note: Connecting data sources requires administrator access. If you need assistance, contact your administrator.
From a data source card, click Add to lens or click Add all data sources to lens as appropriate.
