    How to replace a Microsoft account with a Corporate account in Nintex Mobile

    ANSWER

    Before you follow the instructions below, ensure that you do not have any draft forms or items in your outbox. This process deletes your current Nintex Mobile profile that is associated with your Microsoft account and replaces it with a new profile that uses your corporate credentials to sign in and access the relevant forms and tasks.

    Android

    Remove Current Profile

    1. Open Settings in Nintex Mobile.

    2. Click the sign out icon in the top right of your screen.

    3. When prompted click Delete Profile.

    4. On the confirmation prompt click Yes to delete your profile.

    Add New Profile

    1. On the sign in screen enter your email address, and select Next.

    2. Select Corporate Account.

    3. Enter your server URL e.g. https://server.com.

    4. When prompted, enter your corporate credentials and complete the sign in process.

    iOS

    Remove Current Profile

    1. Open Settings in Nintex Mobile.

    2. Click Sign Out.

    3. When prompted click Delete Profile.

    4. On the confirmation prompt click Delete Profile.

    Add New Profile

    1. On the sign in screen enter your email address, and click Next.

    2. Select Corporate Account.

    3. Enter your server’s URL, for example https://server.com.

    4. When prompted enter your corporate credentials, and complete the sign on process.

    Windows Mobile

    Remove Current Profile

    1. Open Settings in Nintex Mobile.

    2. Swipe across to profile.

    3. Select Sign out.

    4. When prompted, select Delete profile.

    5. On the confirmation prompt, select OK to delete your profile.

    Add New Profile

    1. On the sign in screen enter your email address.

    2. Select Next.

    3. Select Corporate Account.

    4. Enter your server URL e.g. https://server.com.

    5. When prompted, enter your corporate credentials and complete the sign in process.

    Windows PC

    Remove Current Profile

    1. Open Settings in Nintex Mobile.

    2. Select Sign out.

    3. When prompted, select Delete Profile.

    4. On the confirmation prompt, select OK to delete your profile.

    Add New Profile

    1. On the sign in screen enter your email address.

    2. Select Next.

    3. Select Corporate Account.

    4. Enter your server URL, e.g. https://server.com.

    5. When prompted, enter your corporate credentials and complete the sign in process.

    Your new profile will be created, and you will be able to access all your forms and tasks. You will need to repeat these steps on all devices that are signed in using Microsoft accounts.

    Once you have removed all profiles using your Microsoft account, you can disconnect your corporate account from your Microsoft Account.

    Disconnect your Corporate Account from your Microsoft Account

    This process can only be performed by a SharePoint administrator.

    1. Open SharePoint Central Administration.

    2. Open Nintex Forms management:

    · For a SharePoint 2010/13 server, click Nintex Forms Management, then Manage Live Mobile Users.

    · For a SharePoint 2016 server, click Nintex Administration, then Nintex mobile users.

    3. Locate the corporate account that will no longer be using their Microsoft account, and check the checkbox next to each of their entries.

    4. Click Rest.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Please note that this process does not impact your Microsoft Account or corporate account for any other services. You can continue to use your Microsoft account as normal. The only change is that Nintex Forms and Nintex Mobile will no longer accept your Microsoft account as a valid method of authentication.
