    Workflow Set to Start on Item Creation No Longer Starts After Update

    ISSUE
    When creating a workflow connected to Dynamic 365, and set to start on item creation, the workflow initially behaves as expected, and the workflow starts when a record is created within the CRM instance. However, when the workflow is edited and republished, the workflow no longer starts on record creation.
