    Scheduled Reports Failing To Send After Updating Salesforce Password

    Status: Validated

    ISSUE
    Scheduled reports fail to send after a user resets their Salesforce Password. The user credentials stored by Drawloop to generate the document package are no longer valid. When scheduled reports fail to send users are notified via email.

    INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    1. In Salesforce, navigate to Drawloop Admin. 
    2. In Drawloop Admin, click the "Authorize Drawloop" button.
