ISSUEWhen using a Smart Phone layout for task forms in Office 365 workflows, the task form fails to load when accessing the task via a smart phone.
- Navigate to the task list associated with the workflow creating the task.
- Open List Settings > Content Types > Change new button order and default content type.
- Set any of the 'Nintex Task Outcomes' content types to position 1.
- Select OK.
- Re-load the task form on phone.
