    Smart Phone Task Form Layout Does Not Load With Office 365

    ISSUE
    When using a Smart Phone layout for task forms in Office 365 workflows, the task form fails to load when accessing the task via a smart phone.
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    1. Navigate to the task list associated with the workflow creating the task.
    2. Open List Settings > Content Types > Change new button order and default content type.
    3. Set any of the 'Nintex Task Outcomes' content types to position 1.
    4. Select OK.
    5. Re-load the task form on phone.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    This is caused by a conflict with the new "Mobile View" within SharePoint Online. The default content type needs to have a Nintex Smart Phone layout, otherwise the Nintex form gets overridden by the SharePoint "Mobile View" form.
