    Workflow designer for Office 365 is stuck on Connecting to site for public website

    Summary
    On a public website (online), when opening the workflow designer it is stuck on loading "Connecting to site".

    Solution
    Use a global admin account to make these changes
    1. Switch the Public website to offline mode.
    2. Remove the app - Workflow for Office 365.
    3. Add the app back to the website - Work for Office 365.
    4. Enter the license key.
