ISSUEClient is looking to assign a user DocGen admin rights so that user can create DDPs. When trying to assign the user admin rights in permission sets, they receive the message "Can't assign permission set to this user, user license doesn't match."

RESOLUTIONLook at that users profile. Type "Users" in Quick Find --> Click on desired users name. Find "User License". If they are under "Salesforce Platform" license, inform the client that their user would need the "Salesforce" license to be granted DocGen admin rights.
