Please ensure that your browser is set to accept third party cookies.
RESOLUTIONBrowser Cookie Settings
- Go to Preferences > Advanced > Content Settings > Cookies
- Confirm that “Block third-party cookies” is Disabled
- Go to Preferences > Privacy
- Confirm that “Website Tracking : Prevent cross-site tracking” is Disabled
- Go to Preferences > Privacy & Security:
- Set Change History to “Firefox will ‘Use custom settings for history’” >
- Make sure that "Accept cookies from websites" is enabled
- And confirm that “Accept third-party cookies” is set to Always
