    Not Receiving Email Notification - Mass DocGen

    When doing Mass DocGen, I read that you would receive two notifications. One at the beginning of the run and another at the end. However, when I run my Mass DocGen Package, I only receive the first notification but not the second one. Why would this be the case?
    Check your email setting to see if your emails are being sent out via Salesforce or through another email provider. If your email setting is set to send via another email provider, this would be the reason why you are not receiving your second notification. If you would like to receive the second notification, you will need to have this set to Salesforce.


    Navigate to My Settings and click My Email Settings under the Email section

    Once in the My Email Settings page, change the outgoing email settings from (email provider) to Salesforce
