    Potential Causes for 'SALESFORCE INBOX TRANSPORT UNKNOWN ERROR'

    Status: Validated

    ISSUE
    Customers have downloaded Salesforce Inbox and are attempting send documents document packages and/ or scheduled reports  via an email delivery option. 
    ERROR CODE
    Instance validation error: 'SALESFORCE_INBOX_TRANSPORT_UNKNOWN_ERROR' is not a valid value for StatusCode.
    RESOLUTION
    This error can be potentially be caused by the customer installing Salesforce Inbox and their trial expiring.

    Steps to Determine if  the Error is being caused by Salesforce Inbox 
    1) Request access to the customers Salesforce Org 
    2) Navigate to Setup|Installed Packages and search for
    SalesforceIQ Inbox (Managed)
    3) If present,  confirm with the customer they have an active license. 

    Please note this is a not an exhaustive list of causes that can produce this error.
