ERROR CODEInstance validation error: 'SALESFORCE_INBOX_TRANSPORT_UNKNOWN_ERROR' is not a valid value for StatusCode.
RESOLUTIONThis error can be potentially be caused by the customer installing Salesforce Inbox and their trial expiring.
Steps to Determine if the Error is being caused by Salesforce Inbox
1) Request access to the customers Salesforce Org
2) Navigate to Setup|Installed Packages and search for
SalesforceIQ Inbox (Managed)
3) If present, confirm with the customer they have an active license.
