    Scheduled Report recipients not receiving an email

    Status: Validated

    ISSUE
    When Scheduled Reports are sent, the recipients listed under Additional To/CC/BCC are not receiving the email.
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    • Ensure that the email addresses are included inside of the Delivery Option, not under "Report Options"
    • Confirm that Scheduled Delivery Option is populated with the Delivery Option that has the email addresses
