    Use Custom Email Template for Scheduled DDP's

    Recipients receiving the Scheduled DocGen Packages experience a default template saying "Please see attached file for your report" with either "Sent via Nintex DocGen for Salesforce" or "Powered by Drawloop" a couple lines underneath.

    Customers cannot make modifications to the existing template, but they are able to use custom templates; see instructions.
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Navigate to the document package.
    2. Create a NEW email delivery option and save it.
    3. You will then need to create the desired template in Salesforce.
    4. After that, please navigate back to the document package and click on the newly created email delivery option and select 'Select Email Template'.
    5. Select the email template that you created.
    6. Now head back to the document package itself and under the field 'Scheduled Delivery Option', select the Email delivery option that you created.
