Enterprise Form Controls Are Missing After Update

    Summary
After upgrading to the latest build of Nintex Forms, the enterprise form controls are missing from the environment, despite having an Enterprise Forms license file.

    Solution
    1. Enter the following control classes within Central Administration > Nintex Forms Management > Manage Form Controls:
      • Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.FormControls.PrintPdfPageBreakGuideFormControl, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883
      • Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.FormControls.DataAccessFormControl, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883
      • Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.FormControls.WebServiceFormControl, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883
    2. On the server hosting Central Administration, run the following commands via a SharePoint Management Shell:
      • Install-NFService
      • Upgrade-NFService
    3. After these commands are run, test adding one of the new Enterprise controls to the form. If an error similar to the following is encountered, run an IISReset and the issue will be resolved:
The server encountered an error processing the request. The exception message is 'The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter http://tempuri.org/:formControlProperties.
