    Error "An error occured while requesting data for the accounts. Please go to the settings screen to check the error"

    ISSUE
    When loading Nintex Mobile or an AppStudio application, the following error might occur:

    An error occurred while requesting data for the accounts. Please go to the settings screen to check the error
    ERROR CODE
    "An error occured while requesting data for the accounts. Please go to the settings screen to check the error"
    RESOLUTION
    • Verify that the latest version of Nintex Mobile or AppStudio is installed.
    • Verify that the issue occurs both when connected and not connected to the corporate network.
    Note: If the issue is only happening outside the corporate network, work with your Systems Administrator to gain external access to the corporate network.
