    Help Menu in Nintex Workflow Shows SharePoint Help Topics

    ISSUE
    When trying to access the help files through a Nintex Workflow action it brings up the SharePoint help, not the Nintex Workflow help.
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION

    To install the help files manually, first confirm the help files don't exist:

    1. Open SharePoint 2010 Central Administration
    2. Go to Site Actions > Site Settings
    3. Find Site Collection Administration and click on Help Settings

    If the help files don't exist do the following:

    1. Open a command prompt window and change directory to c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\14\bin
    2. Run the following command:
      Hcinstal.exe /act installonehc /loc 1033 /mns Nintex.Workflow
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    This indicates that the Nintex Help files did not install properly when the solution was deployed in Central Administration.
