    Lazy Approval: Random Characters In Subject Line

    ISSUE
    When using Lazy approval in Office 365, random characters appear in the email subject line. For example: Subject:[#CCCHUIUDJ#]
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    This is by design when using Lazy approval.
     
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    These characters are the LazyApproval Token.

    The [#<characters>#] string is used for routing to send the response. Every email will have different values that are automatically generated.
