    Failed To Retrieve Document Generation Consumption

    Solution
    1. Navigate to SharePoint Central Administration
    2. Navigate to Nintex Administration > External Settings for Workflow
    3. Verify that prerequisite services are enabled
    4. Verify that Document Generation has been activated
    5. Navigate to Nintex Administration > Health checks
    6. Verify that all health indicators are green
