    Access to Product Downloads Is Denied

    Status: Validated

    ISSUE
    When attempting to download one of the products from the Nintex Community Download page, access is denied.
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    Use the Customer Portal instead. 
    1. Navigate to your Customer Portal. If you do not have access to the Customer Portal, please reach out to Customer Portal administrator for your organization and they will be able to grant you access
    2. Navigate to the Product Download tab.
    3. Select SharePoint.
    4. Download the installer for the latest build of your version of Nintex Workflow or Nintex Forms.
