    1. For LDAP Path for Microsoft Active Directory, specify the base DN in the following format: dc=domain1,dc=local
    You will need to replace the domain1 and local for your specific configuration.
    Microsoft Server provides a tool called ldp.exe which is useful for finding out and configuring the the LDAP structure of your server.
    Example:
    LDAP://DC=domain,DC=internal

    2.  Make sure you have the correct root distinguished name (DN) for the LDAP path to use when running queries against the directory server. Example:
    cn=users,dc=ad,dc=domain,dc=com
    Example:
    The following will query members of a security group named XGroup:
    (&(objectClass=user)(memberOf=cn=XGroup,OU=Security,OU=Groups,DC=domain,DC=internal))

    3.Specify the property to retrieve from the query.
