    Error "Error in task. Subquery returned more than 1 value" running imported workflow

    Summary
    When running a workflow that has been imported from a different environment, the following error might occur: Error in task. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

    Solution
    1. Backup your databases. 
    2. Edit the Configured Outcomes table in SQL Management Studio.
    3. Delete all additional "Approve" and "Reject" records.
    4. Test the workflow.
