    Error "Not mapped to a Database" when running any workflow

    Status: Validated

    ISSUE
    In a site that has been recently restored to a new environment, all workflows might fail to run with the following error:

    Not mapped to a Database

    Additionally, when navigating to Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Database Setup > View Database Mapping there is no mapping to the database, however the database appears in "Manage Database Mappings".
    ERROR CODE
    RESOLUTION
    Deactivate and reactivate the NintexWorkflow features on the site in the new environment. This will update the site GUID references in Content DB as part of the feature activation.
