    Message "Database is up to date, but some sites are not completely upgraded" in SharePoint

    Summary
    When viewing SharePoint databases, some databases saying "Database is up to date, but some sites are not completely upgraded"

    Solution
    1. Go to Central Admin > Upgrade & Migration.
    2. View the Databases that need upgraded.
    3. Fix database upgrade status with PowerShell cmdlet: Upgrade-SPContentDatabase "DatabaseName"
    4. Once the process completes, navigate back to the "Manage Databases Upgrade Status"page in Central Admin and verify that the status is "No action required."
